We built the platform we wished existed
We watched SDA providers juggle 3 to 5 separate systems to manage what should be one workflow. Excel for properties. SharePoint for documents. Calendar reminders for expiry dates. Email for contractor quotes. And fingers crossed that nothing fell through the cracks.
The $592M SDA market has 11,360 enrolled dwellings and is growing 20% annually. Yet until MySDAmanager, there was no software purpose-built for SDA property management. Every provider was using workarounds.

Who's behind MySDAmanager
MySDAmanager started with a founder who lived these problems. Managing SDA properties and compliance, he ran into the same pain points day after day: documents scattered across systems, deadlines that were easy to miss, and no single place to prove everything was in order. He built MySDAmanager to solve them, and realised that many others doing the same work faced exactly the same struggles. What began as a fix for one operator became a platform for the whole sector.
Today MySDAmanager is a product of MMZ Studios Pty Ltd, an independent Australian software company. Because it was built by someone who understands how sensitive this information is, privacy is central to how it works. MySDAmanager is multi-tenant, and every customer's records, financial data, and operational history are isolated at the row level. Your data is handled only by the MySDAmanager team, never by any other organisation, and is treated exactly like every other customer's: kept separate, and never shared.
